Terms of Service

Rondo provides software for job applications, candidate review, interview scheduling, notifications, and hiring workflow coordination. By using Rondo, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for legitimate recruiting, hiring, or application activity.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for protecting access to your account. Rondo may use Google, LinkedIn, and other identity providers for sign-in. Company users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to manage hiring workflows for their organization.

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy and rights to the CVs, work samples, links, and answers they submit. Companies are responsible for job descriptions, role requirements, interview conduct, hiring decisions, and compliance with employment laws.

We work to keep Rondo reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. Rondo is provided without a guarantee that every hiring workflow, notification, integration, or interview slot will be error-free.

Company plans may include usage limits, paid subscriptions, or trial allowances. Paid features, pricing, and plan limits may change. Subscription and payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider.
